For customers who are able to visit our store in Highlands, NC, we offer professional knife sharpening by Ultimate Edge.  Ultimate Edge can put a new edge on your knives, hone already sharp knives, or repair knife edges.  Bring in knives, scissors, mandoline blades, and food processor blades.

Pro Knife Sharpening is available on the 4th Wednesday of the month.  Bring in your knives the day before and pickup late on the day of sharpening.
